What Personal Information Do We Have and Where Do We Get It?
We gather Personal Information from you and also obtained it from third party sources through insurance verification and/or insurance quotation process in which you and/or Subscriber are engaging, outside sources for business purposes, including carrying out the data population for GS Platform, responding to customer service requests, administering your account, and sending you newsletters and other service-related correspondence. Among the information we collect from a Subscriber may include Subscriber’s customer’s name, phone number, home and email addresses, driver's license number, DOB, marital status, family member information including household drivers’ information, expired and current insurance policies, and payment information ("Personal Information").
In addition, DV Group gathers information through Internet activity, which may include, for example, your operating system, links you used to visit https://www.dealervantage.us, https://www.woopinsuranceagency.com and https://www.woopapp.io (the “Websites”) web pages you viewed while visiting our site or applications, Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, and cookies.
